Brigadier General Dominic Oneya (retd.), the Former Nigeria Football Federation is reportedly dead.
According to reports, he died on Thursday morning in his home at Effurun GRA in Uvwie Local Government Area of Delta State at the age of 73.
Oneya was NFF boss from 1999 to 2002.
Amaju Pinnick, Current NFF president confirming his death said;
“Yes, he is dead,”
The late army general was also the military administrator of Benue State during the reign of Abdulsalami Abubakar between 1998 and 1999.
