Festus Osifo emerges PENGASSAN Newly elected President

 The Petroleum and Natural Gas Senior Staff Association of Nigeria (PENGASSAN) elects new president. The election which involved Fredricks Rowland of Shell Development and Festus Osifo. Osifo polled 200 votes while Rowland was 175 votes.
