Recall sometime in March, the Federal Government closed down schools in a bid to curb the coronavirus.
However, on Friday, during a conference directed all schools to re-open and adhere strictly to the guidelines.
Making the announcement, Adamu Adamu, Minister of Education, stated that all schools should reopen while adhering strictly to the guidelines laid out by the Presidential task force on Covid-19.
Adamu gave unity schools October 12 to reopen while “while states and private schools will determine their own modalities of reopening.”
Many states have since then announced their dates for re-opening.
