Salome allegedly went to Timileyin’s home in the Papalana axis of New Karshi, Karu Local Government Area, Nasarawa State, where the event took place.
The 32-year-old Timileyin Ajayi has been placed under remand in detention at the Criminal Investigation Department of the Nasarawa State Police Command in the state capital of Lafia.
The reason for his detention is that he is accused of killing his girlfriend, Salome Eleoja Adaidu, a 24-year-old National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) member who was employed at Nicon Insurance in Abuja.
