Igbo Youths Applaud Tinubu And Kalu For Founding The SEDC

President Bola Tinubu was commended by Igbo youths for founding the South East Development Commission (SEDC) and for his call for efficient administration that would benefit the Ndigbo people.

They also praised Rt. Hon. Benjamin Kalu, the Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives, for his efforts in getting the law passed.

Through Comrade Igboayaka Igboayaka, the young people pleaded with President Tinubu to free Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, claiming that doing so would make Ndigbo happy. They applauded President Tinubu and Representative Kalu’s friendly friendship but took issue with Dr. Josef Onoh’s assertion that Kalu did not establish SEDC.

Igboayaka contended that, in light of Kalu’s efforts to pass the bill, Onoh was being unjust to Kalu. He said that there might be division among Igbo political elites as a result of Onoh’s remarks. Igboayaka insisted that Kalu should be credited for his contribution to the creation of SEDC, particularly because the final bill that was signed differed from earlier versions.

The young people emphasized that Kalu ought to be commended for his efforts because he successfully proposed and processed a bill to become an Act, which is a noteworthy accomplishment.

They commended President Tinubu for putting the SEDC Bill into effect and pushed him to start more initiatives and programs aimed at the region’s development in the South East. They also demanded a political solution in order to free Nnamdi Kanu, the leader of IPOB who is currently jailed.
