Isreal Afeare, Davido’s logistics managerhas apologized to the Muslim community over the video his boss recently promoted that got them angry.
Davido attract the wrath of Muslims in Nigeria last week when he shared a video of his new signee, Logos Olori, praying and dancing with people dressed in Islamic outfits in front of a mosque in his new music video.
Many Muslims found it offensive and took to social media to express their displeasure. Davido later deleted the video.
According to Israel DMW, the music video had been an entertainment that had been presented wrongly and Davido had only wanted to help promote budding singers like he usually does.
Israel wrote, “Let me specially apologize to my Muslim brothers and sisters, on the video my oga posted, as a result of him wanting to lift up somebody, which is one of his hubbies. It was purely an entertainment effort wrongly presented. Make una no vex. Love you all.
