JUST IN -My Brain Stopped Working – Chimamanda Adichie Discusses Motherhood

Chimamanda Adichie, a well-known Nigerian writer, has opened up about her experience as a mother and the toll it took on her career.

She talked about her own mothering experience and how it influenced her creativity.

Adichie stated that if she hadn’t had her daughter, she would have written two more novels.

She, on the other hand, stated that motherhood is a wonderful experience that has given her a level of awareness that feeds her fiction.

Adichie discussed her experience on the BBC’s Woman’s Hour.

“Becoming a mother is a glorious gift, but it comes at a cost, and I think it’s important to recognize that, right?” she said.

There’s a thing that we… and I’ll answer, “LOSE.”

If I hadn’t had a child, I believed I could have written two novels. But having her, I believe, also helped me to enter what I hope will be a new, almost new phase of experience and awareness that will inform my fiction.

“Moreover, my spouse spent the weekend at his secondary school reunion.”

President Tinubu’s academic records have recently been the subject of controversy due to allegations that he never attended some of the universities listed on his credentials.

One notable example of such an institution was Chicago State University, or CSU, but the university maintained that Tinubu was admitted and received his degree from it.
