Miss South Africa Pulls Out Of Miss Universe Because She Is Worried About Her Health

Mia Le Roux, who was recently named Miss South Africa 2024, has said she will not be competing in Miss Universe because of health problems.

In a statement released by the Miss South Africa Organization on Friday, Le Roux thanked South Africans for their support and said that she felt “incredibly challenged” when she had to make the choice to step down in order to focus on her health.

“I am very grateful to South Africa for always being there for me when I was Miss Universe.” With all the hopes and dreams that have been put on me, this choice has been very hard to make.

She said, “However, I am deeply grateful to have the chance to focus on my health and recovery so that I may continue to serve my country with full strength.”

The Miss South Africa Organization also showed its support by praising Le Roux’s strength and putting her health first.

The group said, “Mia has shown incredible courage and grace during this difficult period.”

“Her health and well-being are our top priority, and we will do everything we can to help her get stronger and get back to full health,” the statement said.

It has been a rough year for the Miss South Africa event, and Le Roux has decided to drop out.

Chidimma Adetshina, a contestant with Nigerian and South African roots, quit the race after being criticized on social media for being from two different countries.

Adetshina was born in Soweto, South Africa, to a Nigerian father and a Mozambican mother. She is 23 years old.

The controversy got worse when the South African Home Affairs Ministry started an investigation and found claims that her mother may have stolen someone else’s name.

When people spoke out against Adetshina, she was asked to compete in and win the Miss Universe Nigeria 2024 event.

Le Roux was then named Miss South Africa 2024. She is descended from Dutch farmers called Boers.
