Following 13 years of marriage, the musician revealed on social media earlier that evening that he and Annie were divorcing.
“Hello to all of my lovely federation members. I must admit that this is both brief and lengthy. For some time now, Annie Macaulay and I have been apart. and filed for divorce right now.
“I would give a press release shortly to share my narrative, not because I think anyone should know about my private life but more because I care about my people and want them to understand whether I’m innocent or guilty. Be blessed, my folks. All of you are loved.
After the image went viral, it was quickly removed, and the musician revealed on his Instagram Story that his account had been compromised and that recovery operations were underway.
“My Instagram account has been hacked; efforts are being carried out to take back control, #onelove!” 2Baba shared a story. However, all posts pertaining to the topic were removed from 2baba’s page by the morning of January 27, 2025.
On social media, rumors and online debates about the relationship between the ex-lovers have persisted.
