The newly appointed Group Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Bayo Ojulari, and the Board of Directors have been welcomed by NNPC Limited’s management and employees.
In the wee hours of Wednesday, President Bola Tinubu reportedly reorganized the NNPCL board and named Ojulari to succeed Mele Kyari.
The NNPCL’s management and employees praised Kyari and the previous board members for their contributions to the organization, according to a statement released on Wednesday by the company’s spokesperson, Olufemi Soneye.
“We would like to express our sincere gratitude to the departing GCEO, Mr. Mele Kyari, and the previous Board Members for their unselfish and committed contribution to the firm and the country.
“NNPC Ltd. has been forever changed by Mr. Kyari’s leadership and unwavering work, and we truly appreciate his exceptional contributions.
The statement said, “We wish him and all departing Board Members continued success and fulfillment in their future endeavors.”
The appointment of Ojulari is effective immediately.
