Together with other government organizations, the Nigerian Ports Authority, or NPA, has finalized arrangements to carry out the sale of crude oil and other processed products to Dangote’s Refinery in Naira.
The Federal Government’s directive for the NPA to coordinate service provision from all regulatory, security, and other stakeholders for the smooth implementation of the initiative to sell crude oil and petroleum products to the Dangote Refinery in Naira has begun, according to the organization’s Managing Director, Dr. Abdulkadir Dantsoho, who was speaking at a meeting at the NPA’s Lagos Headquarters.
In order to ensure a seamless execution of this project, Dantsoho added that the agency will work with other stakeholders to build a One-Stop Shop that will coordinate service provision from all regulatory, security, and other authorities.
“To ensure a smooth implementation of this initiative, we are also setting up a One-Stop Shop that will coordinate service provision from all regulatory, security, and other agencies,” he stated.
In order to fulfill the national imperative of guaranteeing the availability of Premium Motor Spirit (PMS) and other petroleum products, we are prepared to work together and provide the efficiencies required.
The head of the NPA, who presided over the interagency stakeholders’ conference, clarified that the organization is prepared to collaborate with all parties involved in carrying out the strategy to guarantee that goods are made accessible throughout the nation.
