The owner of a bar in Isheri/Berger area of Lagos state along with some of his customers were arrested by the Lagos state police command Rapid Response Squad on Friday April 17th, 2020.
According to reports the bar owner was caught going about his business when the Police officers arrested him and his customers for violating Lagos state government lockdown order.
The owner of bar claimed he was only preparing nkwobi.
