PDP postpones primaries in Edo as Obaseki defects to party

PDP has postponed Edo state primaries for the gubernatorial elections in the sate. The election which was initially slated for the 22nd of June has now been moved to the 23rd of June to make time for the Governor of Edo state who is very close to officially joining the Party after exiting the All Progressives Congress earlier in the week.
