President Muhammadu Buhari commissions Owerri-Orlu road in Imo (Photos)

President Muhammadu Buhari (retd), on Tuesday, commissions the 36km dual carriageway of Owerri-Orlu road in Imo State.

Buhari was earlier welcomed at the airport by the state governor, Hope Uzodimma, and other dignitaries dressed in white outfits and red caps.

The president, in his visit to Owerri, is expected to commission other ongoing projects by the state Gov Uzodimma.
