The Onikoyi of Ikoyi-Ile in Oriire Local government area of Oyo State, Oba Abdulyekeen Ayinla Oladipupo IV is reportedly dead.
According to reports, he died after a brief illness on Wednesday.
Prior to his death, he was the chairman of the traditional council in Oriire local government area of Oyo state. The deceased ascended the throne in 2006 when he succeeded Oba Bello Adesite.
Although there is no official announcement yet from the family, a reliable source hinted that Oba Ayinla’s demise would be announced soon.
