Following the closure of Donald’s Fast Food (De-Angels Night Club) in compliance with Lagos State Environmental Management and Protection Law 2017, Part VI Section 177, the Lagos State government signed an undertaking promising to uphold state environmental laws and to continue operating the fast food business as permitted. The agreement also forbade the use of the facility for any type of partying or clubbing, as it is a residential area and is prohibited by state law.
