On Saturday morning at about 1am, at Shapati (Fragend), there was a traggic accident that claimed the lives of 7 youths.
Those involved in the accident were 2 men and 5 women, all occupants of a Lexus Sports Utility Vehicle (SUV) with registration number AGL953GQ.
According to reports, they were suspected to have been drunk. The driver of the SUV rammed into a moving truck which killed all 7 of them on the spot.
In a statement by FRSC’s Public Education Officer (PEO) in Lagos, Route Commander Olabisi Sonusi, the bodies of the deceased were evacuated to a morgue.
