Two Men Were Locked Up By Court For Unlawful Possession Of a Gun In Lagos State

On Thursday an Ikeja Magistrates’ Court in Lagos ordered that two the men be locked up up in a correctional center for unlawful possession of a gun.

Lukman Hammed ,20 and Ademola Adio, 21 with conspiracy are charged by police for unlawful possession of a firearm.

According to the reports, Magistrate A .O. Ajibade conduct the police to take back the case file to the office of Lagos State Directorate of Public Prosecutions (DPP) for legal advice.

She postponed the case until Oct. 4

 DSP Kehinde Ajayi the Prosecution Counsel, told the court that Hamed and Adio and otherscommitted the offence on March 10 at the Akala Base, Idi-Oro area of Mushin, Lagos.
