According to reports at about 1am on Sunday, unknown Gunmen attacked Nsukwa Police Divisional Headquarters, Aniocha South LGA, killing three policemen.
The gunmen were said to have arrived on foot, and launched the attack from a thick forest behind the ill- fortified station.
The identities of the slain police men has not been revealed but it is reported that the three include an Inspector, a Sergeant and a Corporal.
Refusing to speak about the incident, Ari Ali, Delta State Commissioner said: “Speak with the police public relations officer”.
