Ajibade Babalade, 48 Former super eagles defender is dead. According to report, the former defender passed on after suffering a cardiac arrest in Ibadan, Oyo State.
The retired defender was a squad member of the Eagles that won bronze at the 1992 Africa Cup of Nations in Senegal and he was also named as manager of the Shooting Stars FC in 2008.
He is survived by a wife and three kids.
