Following the unexpected loss of his daughter Chidera Amilo, also known as Princess, on October 4, veteran Nollywood actor Jerry Amilo has laid her to rest.
Only a few months had passed since the actor and his daughter were supposed to be reunited in delight. Instead, the awful event had occurred.
Remember how Amilo had posted about their reunion on August 21 on social media, sharing his happiness at being reunited with his daughter Chidera, whom he cherishedly referred to as “his princess,” after they had been apart for two years?
Unfortunately, the happiness was short-lived as Chidera passed only a few weeks after they were reunited; the cause of her death is still unknown.
Amilo used heartfelt funeral video clips to communicate his sorrow with his fans and followers on Instagram.
With a caption, he posted:
“My Angel, good night ❤️ May the peace of heaven be upon your soul, amen. I’m still focusing ♥️✅.
