DaBaby’s baby mama, DaniLeigh has been charged for allegedly assaulting the rapper.
On Sunday Novemeber 14, the couple got into a wild fight in front of their newborn daughter on Instagram Live.The first visit by cops took place on Sunday night after DaBaby went live on Instagram, which caught DaniLeigh feeding their three-month-old child.
She was was lying in his bed, feeding their baby girl, and demanded he stopped filming them. She tried to block the camera’s view of their child by putting up a pillow as a barrier.
In another vid, cops were seen arriving at the home after DaBaby called them on her. DanaLeigh said in the clip: “Where he at? He wanna call the f***ing cops on me for whatever the f*** reason.”
According reports, after ranting and screaming, she told the police: “You can talk to him because he wanted to call you guys.”
On Sunday when cops first responded to the scene, DaBaby accused DaniLeigh of striking him. The police left the home without making an arrest.
It was gathered that on Monday Police was once called to the house morning around 9:30am after DaBaby made another claim of domestic abuse. DaniLeigh was subsequently charged with “two counts of simple assault”.
TMZ reported that cops found enough evidence to cite DaniLeigh for two misdemeanor assaults.
Explaining why he called the cops, DaBaby disclosed that he was trying to get DaniLeigh to leave, but she refused. He said;
“I would like to swiftly remove myself from any of the ‘hostile’ behavior put on display moments ago.
“This here has gone far enough for shawty to crash on her own and it saddens me because I still got a queen to raise.
“The last hour has been documented for my safety and business done based on my reputation. With multiple threats of setting up an Internet scheme and a person refusing to not let me go, me and somebody else knew to record her.
“I done been beat on and yelled at and chased around like one of them fatal love attraction type girl. But I knew to keep it together.
“End of the day, no big deal, I don’t want charges pressed or nothing, I just want her peacefully removed, which they need to hurry up and do as we speak”.
“It’s just f***ed up, out of nowhere, bro. Out of nowhere. I’m trying so hard to just…I tried to make this s**t work.
“I tried to for my baby. But this ain’t the best situation at all, bro. I deserve so much better.
“I really do. So I hope, God please, I pray this is the last situation because this s**t is not it. Every single time I come back into it. I completely love that man, but it’s not it.
“It don’t matter how much you love someone, if it ain’t right, it’s never going to be right.
“You can’t force somebody to be ready for something they’re never going to be ready for.” DaniLeigh also shared her side of the story. She said.
DaniLeigh who is also a singer, added that she and her daughter had been living with DaBaby for months when he suddenly tried to kick her out.
“Tonight he wanna come in the room talking about ‘I need to go’
“…This man is a f***ing coward. I’m sleeping after cooking him dinner and he wanna say I needa go! F*** you baby!!!”the mother said.
On Monday afternoon, she posted a pic showing the ceiling and air vents on a commercial jet. DaniLeigh’s is already out of town.
