On Wednesday, July 28, a serious incident happened at Kotokoto Layout, off Orhuwhorun Road, in Udu Local Government Area of Delta, as a new tenant known as Pius Idise reportedly committed suicide.
The dead man who is a Master’s degree holder in Quantum Physics was found dead in his apartment with the door wide open with an empty container of insecticide beside him.
“We all woke up this morning (Thursday) to discover the door to Mr Pius Idise’s apartment wide open. We later discovered that he was dead. We were all shocked. He moved into the apartment about three weeks ago.” A neighbor said.
Bright Edafe the state police spokesperson confirmed the incident saying “The police is aware of the incident. It is a case of suicide.”
