The Nigerian- born drug dealer is said to remain in the UK because his step-daughter is seeking gender reassignment surgery and has Mental health difficulties.
The 30 something-year-old was earlier given a 27-month jail term after he was caught and charged with conspiring to supply cannabis seven years ago in the UK.
He said his daughter has been suffering from Mental Health related issues, experiencing serious difficulties, and is going through the process of seeking Gender assignment and will need him to take care of her.
She needs critical care from family especially her father, whom she is very close too. his support is critical to the daughter’s Psychological and emotional state’.
Arguing that the best interest for the child should not be treated ”public interest” in deportation.
