On Monday, the General Overseer of The Redeemed Christain Church of God, Pastor Adeboye payed a visit to President Buhari at Aso Rock.
Also at the meeting was Vice-President Yemi Osinbajo and the President’s Chief of Staff, Ibrahim Gambari.
Bashir Ahmad, Mr. President’s Personal Assistant on New Media made this known on monday via a tweet.
He said;
“President @MBuhari receives in audience General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (@rccghq), @PastorEAAdeboye, at the State House, Abuja,”

Although the reason for the visit is not yet known. But Adeboye’s visit came when religious bodies are protesting against a section Companies and Allied Matters Act (CAMA) 2020 recently signed by the president which had generated widespread criticisms from religious bodies in the country.
